Job summary

Bupa's Crossley House Care Home in Bradford is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and personal care. You will work as part of a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care that respects residents' independence and choices.

In this role you will follow care plans, observe changes in residents' needs, assist with nutrition, hydration and engagement activities, and maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: Health and Social Care qualification or care-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe residents and document any changes per regulations.
• Assist with nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide stimulation through social and recreational activities, group and individual.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
