St Monica Trust is seeking a care assistant to deliver day-to-day holistic care for residents in a UK care setting. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and medications as appropriate, while maintaining safety and dignity.

You will work with volunteers and therapy teams to provide meaningful activities, build relationships with residents and families, and contribute to a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Provide effective personal care with dignity.
• Educated to GCSE level including maths and English.
• Confident with IT, Word and Email basics.
• Knowledge of older people and dementia.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day holistic care for residents.
• Assist with mobility, personal care and nutrition.
• Medication administration as appropriate to role.
• Maintain accurate records for care and regulatory needs.
• Assist with handovers and team meetings.
• Collaborate with volunteers and therapy teams for meaningful activities.
