Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities in a dementia, nursing, residential or specialist care home. You will work under a Registered Nurse to deliver care with dignity and respect, while safeguarding residents and using digital care planning tools.

Qualifications
