Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes in Milton Keynes. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, including personal care, meals and daily activities, delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

You’ll work with a team that values kindness, inclusivity and continuous development, with opportunities to learn new skills and access rewarding career pathways

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and assist with daily activities in the home.
• Deliver care with kindness, respecting residents’ individuality and dignity.
