Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for full-time shifts including days and nights in our care homes. You will support residents with daily living tasks, personal care, meals and mobility under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring each resident is treated with dignity and compassion.

As part of HC-One’s values, you will participate in safeguarding training and contribute to a caring, inclusive environment while using technology to streamline care planning where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or health support is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain residents’ dignity and privacy.
• Strong communication with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, hygiene and daily activities.
• Support meals and mobility as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Report changes in residents' health to the nurse or supervisor.
