Job summary

Clarence Park Care Home in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with complex needs, including advanced dementia. You will work closely with the team to deliver safe, person-centred care and follow individual care plans to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing.

• Previous care or mental health experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good communication and teamwork are important.
