Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants / support workers to join our growing team as soon as possible. If you have at least 6 months of paid UK care experience and are passionate about providing high-quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Prior care experience preferred.
• Compassionate and patient with residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and supporting personal hygiene
• Assisting residents with meals and hydration
• Using moving and handling equipment safely
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
• Supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable and at home
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties where required
• Working as part of a dedicated care team
