Job summary

Phoenix Care Staff Limited is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants / support workers to join our growing team as soon as possible. This role offers flexible shifts, including days, nights and weekends, with weekly pay and a competitive hourly rate.

You will provide personal care, help residents with meals and hydration, assist with moving and handling, promote wellbeing and independence, and work as part of a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and supporting personal hygiene.
• Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
• Using moving and handling equipment safely.
• Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
• Supporting residents to feel safe, comfortable and at home.
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties where required.
• Working as part of a dedicated care team.
