CRT Care Services is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join Waltham House Extra Care in Wirksworth, Matlock. Qualifications

• Availability to work every other weekend (essential)
• Flexibility to work evenings and night shifts (essential)

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with medication where appropriate and in line with training.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Follow care plans and help residents achieve their individual goals.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
