Job summary

Beaumont Health Care is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and personal care in a welcoming home environment. The role offers part-time hours of 22 or 33 per week and emphasizes empathy, patience and effective communication.

Training and development are provided, with a focus on ensuring residents live independently and comfortably in a homely setting. A minimum age of 18 is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Delivering quality personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.Working with empathy and respect for residents.
• Understanding residents' communication needs and adapting support accordingly.
• Team player with good communication, patience, and flexibility.
• Good observation skills, a sense of humour, and a positive outlook.
• No prior Care Assistant experience required; training and development are provided.

Responsibilities

• As a Care Assistant you will deliver personal care and support daily activities.
• Help residents live independently and with dignity.
• Work as part of a team across shifts, including days and nights.
