Job summary

The Harefield Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living and wellbeing. You will contribute to a warm, respectful environment where independence is encouraged and needs are met with compassion.

Full-time positions available with day and night shifts; training and development provided, DBS paid, uniform included, and generous leave. Experience valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• NVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, mobility, nutrition).
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition to ensure safety.
