Nellsar Care Homes Group is seeking a Healthcare Assistant at Silverpoint Court Residential Care Home on Canvey Island, Essex. You will provide compassionate physical, emotional, and social support to residents, helping maintain their wellbeing and dignity.

The role includes access to ongoing training, progression opportunities within the company, and a supportive team, with flexible shifts to suit personal availability and enhanced DBS paid for by the employer.

Formación

• Experience in providing physical, emotional, and social support to residents.
• Ability to follow care plans, assessments and risk assessments.
• Commitment to safeguarding residents' welfare.
• Maintain residents' independence, privacy and dignity.
• Accurate record-keeping on our software package using handheld devices.
• Adherence to Infection Control procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
• Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
• Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
• Maintaining the residents' independence, privacy, and dignity always.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
• Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
