The Links Care Home in Broadstone, part of Bupa UK, is hiring a Care Assistant to provide person-centred care and support independence for residents. The role specifies full or part-time hours with alternating weekends, based on experience, at hourly rates between £13.10 and £14.10.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: previous care home experience or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents' behaviour per legislation.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, group or individual.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
