Job summary

ExtraCare Charitable Trust at New Oscott Retirement Village is seeking a Care Assistant to provide domiciliary care across our village, working within a supportive team to enhance residents' quality of life.

You will work 27 hours per week on a fully flexible 7-day rota with early and late shifts, and earn £13.64 per hour. Attractive benefits include a Golden Hello, ongoing training, generous annual leave, life insurance, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including physical and personal care.
• Promote wellbeing and independence for residents.
• Support residents with social activities and opportunities to engage.
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy.
