Job summary

Newcross Healthcare Solutions Limited is hiring carers to join our team in Inverurie. You will provide essential care and support to clients in their homes, helping with personal care and moving and handling as needed, and working with healthcare professionals to meet each person’s needs.

We value integrity, teamwork and compassion. Right to work in the UK is required, with at least 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months paid UK care experience in the last 3 years, including personal care and moving and handling.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC (not required in England).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential care and support to clients in their homes and communities.
• Assist with moving and handling and personal care when required.
• Help maintain comfort, safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver care that meets each person’s needs.
