Job summary

Skycare in Bourne, PE10, is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to support residents in home care, private sector and supported living settings. The role requires 3-4 shifts per week including weekends and pays £12.81 per hour on a permanent basis.

You will work under the Registered Manager, delivering compassionate, person-centred care that maintains dignity and independence for clients. DBS checks and references are required.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player with a willingness to participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in home care, private sector and supported living settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing and meal support.
• Maintain dignity and independence, observe care planning needs and complete daily records as required.
• Respond to Nursecall and assist with emergencies and queries as they arise.
