Cera Care is hiring a Care Assistant to support clients in Stirling and surrounding areas. The role involves helping with daily living tasks, personal care and companionship in clients' homes.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, and every other weekend off for balance. No prior experience is required, and you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support within a caring team.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must have driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.
• Comfortable visiting clients in their homes and supporting with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Support with medications, cooking and domestic tasks as needed.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and promote wellbeing for clients.
