Job summary

Cera Care is seeking caring individuals to join our Kings Lynn care team. You’ll support clients at home across the local area with personal care, companionship and daily tasks.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, and a driving licence with vehicle access helps you reach clients efficiently. We offer part-time and full-time shifts, with flexible patterns including mornings, days, evenings and some weekends.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Full training provided.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Good communication and empathy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Support with continence care and medications management.
• Aid with cooking, meal prep and light domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team.
