Liaise East Anglia is looking for caring and committed Support Workers to help people live happy, purposeful lives within our community settings. Training and ongoing support are provided, with a welcoming team environment.

A full driving license and access to your own vehicle are required to reach the setting, and there are full-time day shifts available. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide development opportunities.

Formación

• No formal care experience required; caring mindset valued.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Safeguarding responsibilities should be taken seriously.
• Effective decision making and judgement are important.
• Strong planning and organisation skills are needed.
• Adherence to Health & Safety standards is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist those supported by helping with daily tasks using the training provided.
• Support in day-to-day life, social visits, family visits and outings to local attractions.
• Keep paperwork up to date for each person living in the home.
• Work positively with colleagues, families and external organisations to provide support.
