Job summary

Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant at Richmond Village Letcombe Regis in Oxfordshire. The role is on a bank contract with 12-hour shifts (08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00) and paid breaks, £13.70 per hour.

You will support residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care, work with the nurse or senior care assistant, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals. DBS check and uniform provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents
• Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring our residents and reporting changes
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals
