Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, mealtimes, and activities. You will be supported by a Senior Carer and play a key role in helping residents live fulfilling lives with compassion.

Full training is provided if you lack experience, and there are opportunities for qualifications. We offer contracted hours and a range of benefits, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Full training provided if no prior care experience.
• Flexible, patient, caring attitude and strong people skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities.
• Assist alongside a Senior Carer and provide respectful care.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
