Job summary

Stow Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities. You will work under the guidance of a Senior Carer to ensure residents live fulfilling and dignified lives. Training is provided, making this a great entry point for those new to care.

Excellent English skills and a people-oriented approach are essential. Flexible weekend hours may be required to cover shifts and ensure continuity of care across the team.

Qualifications

• Full training can be provided if you do not have prior care experience.
• Flexibility, patience and a caring attitude are essential.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, mealtimes and activities.
• Provide kind and respectful support under the guidance of a Senior Carer.
• Help residents live fulfilling lives and participate in daily routines.
• Be available to work alternate weekends as needed.
