Bluebird Care Central Bedfordshire is seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to support customers in their own homes across the local area. You will work as part of a team or independently to deliver compassionate daily living assistance, including personal care, meals, and light tasks, with driving often required.

We offer part-time hours, evenings and weekends, competitive pay (£13.20 weekday, £14.60 weekend), full training, DBS checks, paid holidays, mileage allowance, and progression

Qualifications

• Experience in personal care is beneficial
• Ability to follow care plans
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care tailored to each person's needs
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, and nutrition
• Support with medication and safe disposal
• Carry out light housework and errands
