Sanctuary Group is recruiting a Care Assistant for Ashley House Residential Care Home in Bordon, England. You will work as part of a supportive team to enrich residents' lives and provide personalised care in line with care plans. Engage residents in leisure and social activities with kindness and respect every day.

The role offers 39 hours per week on days and nights, with full training, development opportunities and a rewarding environment that values staff dedication and well-being.

Qualificações

• No experience required – full training provided.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to residents’ needs.
• Clear communication with residents, families and colleagues.
• Genuine care for older people and a positive attitude.
