Sanctuary Care is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant at Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home in Chester. This role offers 33 hours per week at £13.27 per hour and includes full training and support to help you thrive in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

You will work as part of a friendly team to provide personalised care, assist residents with daily activities, and promote engagement in leisure and social events while treating residents and families with kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• No experience needed – full training and support provided.
• Ability to work well in a team to enrich residents' lives.
• Clear communication and caring approach with residents and colleagues.
