Job summary

The position offers permanent contracts with full-time and part-time options, with flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Motivation, positivity and great interpersonal skills required.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Desirable: previous care home experience or Health and Social Care qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' behaviour per legislation.
• Support residents' nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities, individually or in groups.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
