Job summary

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help service users with daily living tasks, mobility, personal care and social activities, while adhering to safeguarding, health and safety policies and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily domestic duties to maintain a safe environment.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
• Contribute to care plans and risk assessments with senior staff.
• Monitor wellbeing and safety during shifts and report concerns.
