Job summary

New Concept Care and Nursing Ltd. (NCCN) is seeking compassionate care staff in Ringwood to support residents with daily living skills, routines and personal goals.

You will provide person-centred support with dignity, respect and kindness, encouraging independence, choice and community involvement.

Duties include helping with cooking, cleaning and laundry, assisting with appointments and activities, following care plans and safeguarding procedures, and keeping clear records for the team.

Responsibilities
