Job summary

• Flexible and adaptable to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to ongoing resident support.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring dignity and independence.
• Identify clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors and follow safe work practices.
