Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to support independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents and elevate identified risks promptly.
• Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
