Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals using the service.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and companionship.
• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
• Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client care plan.
• Create and maintain good communication with clients and the support network.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
• Monitor and report changes to care managers.
