Be Caring is seeking Care Assistants in Bradford & Pudsey to support people in their own homes. The role covers a two-week rota with early and late shifts, full-time permanent contracts, and mileage paid for drivers.

You will work across Bradford and surrounding areas, helping clients achieve personal outcomes with dignity, respect and personalised care, while communicating with families and professionals to ensure continuity of support.

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their personal outcomes, working alongside families and professionals
• Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice
• Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches
• Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices and preferences
• Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time
• Help people stay connected to their community, accessing local services and support
