Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group in Rhyl, Denbighshire, Wales, is seeking a Female Support Worker who must have a full UK driving licence. The role pays £15.91 per hour and runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, supporting a client to stay active and connected.

You will provide companionship, encouragement, and practical support, help with daily routines, attend therapy sessions, and promote independence.

Experience in care, mobility support, and a reliable, friendly nature are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support role.
• Confidence with mobility support and moving & handling.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Friendly, reliable, and encouraging nature.
