Zohorecruit is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join a warm care home in Stoke-on-Trent. You will support residents with daily tasks, help them feel safe and valued, and contribute to a community where dignity and joy are central.

The role requires at least 6 months in a nursing home and experience with dementia. Training is provided, with options for days or nights and flexible weekend shifts, all in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience as a carer in a nursing home.
• Experience with clients with dementia.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, person-centred care for residents.
• Support with washing, dressing, mealtimes, and mobility.
• Offer companionship and encourage residents to join activities and social events.
• Help create a safe, clean, and homely environment.
• Work closely with colleagues to prioritize residents' well-being.
