Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited is recruiting a Care Assistant for Gillingham Grange in Chard, Somerset. You will provide daily and night-time care, assist with meals, personal care, and help residents stay happy, healthy and engaged in a warm, respectful home. The permanent rolling rota is three consecutive shifts on, followed by three off, with Full Time Days 08:00–20:00.

Hourly pay is £13.79. We offer induction training, DBS check, and staff perks to support you in delivering high-quality

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents on a daily/nightly basis.
• Assist with meals, nutrition and daily living tasks for residents.
• Maintain and update residents' records and report changes to a senior on duty.
• Respect confidentiality of residents and monitor wellbeing and safety at all times.
• Encourage participation in leisure activities and assist with appointments and outings.
