Holmes Care Group LTD is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Almond View on a 27.5 hour daytime contract in Glasgow. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents, supporting physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and assist families as needed.

You will engage residents in daily activities, offer companionship, and collaborate with the care team to maintain clear, compassionate communication and continuity of care within the home.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent care and support to residents
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
• Providing support and guidance to family members
• Engaging in day-to-day activities and providing companionship to residents
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
