Job summary

Earlsferry House Care Home, a charming coastal care setting in Elie, Fife, provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 26 residents. As a Care Assistant you’ll support daily living with dignity and wellbeing, following care plans and building meaningful relationships within a supportive team.

The role welcomes both experienced carers and newcomers, with full training, guidance and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and respectful approach.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Reliable and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
• SVQ Level 2 desirable or willingness to study.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care including personal care, mobility, nutrition.
• Follow care plans and monitor changes in condition.
• Support residents with daily living and emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the care team to create a warm environment.
