• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and others in the home.
• Efficient worker who can follow reasonable instructions from team members.
• Able to be adaptable and flexible to cover responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, maintaining independence, dignity and respect at all times.
• Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls or infection.
