Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity.
• Assist residents in care needs with physical, emotional and spiritual support.
• Monitor residents with limited mobility or learning difficulties and use aids appropriately.
• Observe and report on residents' well-being and care planning needs.
• Assist with continence and end-of-life care when required.
• Maintain clean rooms, make beds, and manage waste policy.
• Record participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement.
