Job summary

Experience is not required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided; DBS check is required and cost covered by Avery. Shift options include Day and Night to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and others in the home.
• Be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.
• Be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care as part of the care team.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and maintain dignity.
• Recognise and report clinical risk areas promptly.
