Abbeyfield Living Society in Southampton is seeking a Care Assistant to join Speedwell Court. You will help residents with daily living tasks in a compassionate, person-centred way, reflecting our core values of care, compassion and excellence.

No prior care experience required; full training provided. This role offers a 36-hour week over three 12-hour shifts, with weekend work on a rota, and a structured induction to support your development.
