Job summary

Home Instead in Crowborough is seeking a Care Assistant for community visits. You will provide companionship, home help, meal preparation, and support with medications, hygiene, and mobility. A driving licence and reliable car are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Companionship – spending quality time with your client, and being a friendly, familiar face.
• Home Help/ Meal Preparation – assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, cooking simple meals.
• Medication Support – reminding or assisting with taking medications.
• Personal Hygiene – supporting with dressing, undressing, toileting and bathing.
• Getting Out and About – accompanying them to shops, a café, garden centre, or a walk for fresh air.
