Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as required and in line with care plans.
• Prepare hot meals and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and practical support.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and wellbeing.
