Job summary

Cera is seeking Care Assistants to support clients at home in Basildon and surrounding areas. Roles include a mix of part-time and full-time shifts with mornings, days, evenings and nights. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and you’ll usually have every other weekend off to maintain work-life balance.

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. This is a rewarding role focused on companionship, safety and well-being for clients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications as needed and help with domestic tasks.
• Provide companionship, reassurance and activity to support clients at home.
