McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Care Assistant for the Dutton Court estate in Cheadle Hulme. This 20-hour-per-week role focuses on helping residents live independently, with duties including light domestic tasks and coordinating activities.

You’ll work with a supportive team in a modern development, with opportunities for funded Level 2/3 Adult Care training and generous benefits. No sponsorship is available for UK applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in UK health and social care.
• Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
• Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Light domestic duties to support residents’ daily living.
• Coordinate resident activities and social engagements.
• Assist with appointments and shopping to promote independence.
