Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe medication ordering, custody, storage and administration.
• Ensure care plans and records are up-to-date and evaluated.
• Adhere to NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect residents' dignity and independence regardless of condition.
• Participate in daily handovers and relaying information.
