Job summary

Prime Life is seeking a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Barons Park Nursing and Residential Home in Kirby Muxloe. A current NMC pin is essential, with duties including nursing notes, medication administration, and care plan evaluation.

You will support residents with dignity and independence in a 46-bed home designed for varied health needs. We offer strong learning and development, DBS check provided, and opportunites to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC pin is essential.
• Post-qualification clinical experience preferred.
• Bank Registered Nurse role requires flexibility to work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately complete nursing notes.
• Assist in safe medication ordering, custody, storage and administration.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect residents’ dignity and independence at all times.
• Participate in daily handover and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
