Job summary

Prime Life in Bedworth is seeking a Bank Kitchen Assistant to support residents in a 38-bed home. The role involves preparing meals and beverages, checking food quality, and helping with dining to ensure a dignified resident experience.

You will work flexible shifts across a 7-day week, with opportunities to progress. A Food Hygiene and/or Catering qualification is preferred, but Prime Life offers training to help you join the team.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.
• Experience as a Cook, ideally holding a Food Hygiene and/or Catering qualification, training available by Prime Life.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks and beverages in line with residents’ dietary requirements.
• Undertake quality checks on prepared food and storage.
• Assist with food service to provide a dignified dining experience for residents.
• Maintain stock records and assist with stock ordering.
• Keep kitchen hygienic and tidy and support deep cleaning tasks.
