Mosaic 1898 is seeking a reliable, compassionate support worker to assist a 41-year-old man with a C4/C5 spinal cord injury, living independently. You will join a small, friendly team providing 24-hour, 2:1 support, with duties including personal care, mobility, travel and work commitments.

• Proficiency in English language.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own transport is essential due to rural location.
• Willingness to provide annual leave cover where possible.
