Our client seeks a Company & Trust Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile: To support the smooth administration of client companies, including preparation of board papers, transactional monitoring, and statutory filing. Working closely with colleagues and a commitment to exceptional service delivery is a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of the board's activities by helping the Chair set agendas, draft board minutes and resolutions, prepare and present papers, advise on board procedures, and ensure compliance, all on request of the client entities.
- Assist with transactional monitoring reporting, admin reviews, risk reviews, and client review assessments to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and other relevant compliance, in cooperation with the compliance department.
- Manage third-party contracts by risk screening parties in advance of commercial arrangements, collecting and reviewing company documentation to know our customer and identify potential risks, maintaining internal records.
- Assist the board of client entities in general management, including collating statutory and due diligence client entity packs as requested.
- Ensure correct entry and administration of client entity data in the database (currently Viewpoint), including reviewing and updating client entity files.
- Provide payment inputting support to ensure client entities can operate smoothly, which may include conducting call-backs on new payees and inputting payments across multiple banking platforms.
- Assist with statutory filings such as Forms 1, 9N, annual returns, resolutions, AGM documentation, and other filings with the Registry.
- Assist with managing the social media profile.

- STEP qualification or progress towards it is desirable.
